With four versatile rooms for hire, we can easily accommodate a multitude of activities.
Meeting rooms at Chester Quaker Meeting House are available for hire to businesses, community groups, and individuals. We welcome a wide variety of social, not for profit and charitable organisations, as well as private and commercial customers.
We’re a versatile city centre venue with four, easily accessible first floor rooms accommodating from two to eighty people in different layouts to suit a multitude of activities. Our Large Meeting Room easily hosts everything from public consultations to meditation classes whilst our three smaller rooms offer a range of features and prices to cater for meetings, interviews, classes and training sessions of all kinds. Each room can be configured to your requirements by our friendly, professional staff.

The building is easily accessible for wheelchair users with accessible toilet; baby-changing facilities; a lift to the first floor and hearing aid loops in all rooms.
Rooms are available every day from 9am to 9:30pm. Bookings are charged per session (morning, afternoon, evening), regardless of length. Prices start at £22. Room hire rates are shown here
Hire of rooms includes use of the kitchens, which are fully equipped to provide drinks and light refreshments for groups of up to eighty. All rooms have projection screens with blackout facilities and some have white boards. We can also provide laptop, digital projector, TV/DVD, CD player and flipcharts with paper and pens for a small extra charge.
The building is always staffed by a member of our friendly team of Wardens who will be glad to show you around, give you further information and take a booking.
